Wedding Weekends

Multi-Day Wedding Weekends

Give your guests a trip, not just an invitation

The Concept

Why a Wedding Weekend?

The best destination weddings are not a single day - they are a journey shared with the people you love most. A wedding weekend gives your celebration room to breathe: a welcome dinner to bring everyone together, a day on the water, the ceremony and feast, and an unhurried farewell. It transforms a wedding from something your guests attend into something they experience together.

Malta's extraordinary compactness makes this not just possible, but effortless. Nothing on the island is more than 45 minutes from anything else. Your guests move between a candlelit courtyard in Valletta, a boat on the Mediterranean, and a countryside palazzo without ever feeling rushed. Every transition is easy. Every moment feels intentional. The result is a celebration that unfolds naturally over days - one where friendships form between your different worlds, where the best stories happen between the planned events, and where everyone leaves feeling like they shared something genuinely special.

We have designed wedding weekends for couples from across Europe, the United States, and the Middle East. Whether you are gathering 30 people or 150, the multi-day format works beautifully in Malta - and we know exactly how to pace it.

The Journey

A Sample Three-Day Weekend

Every wedding weekend is bespoke, but this gives you a sense of how the days might flow

01 Day One

The Welcome

Guests arrive throughout the day and settle into their hotels across Valletta and the harbour towns. Late afternoon drinks on a Valletta rooftop as the Grand Harbour turns gold - the first moment the weekend announces itself. Then a relaxed welcome dinner at a long table in a candlelit courtyard, the kind of evening where strangers become friends over Maltese wine and slow-roasted lamb. This is the first time everyone is together, the first taste of Malta, and the moment the weekend truly begins.

02 Day Two

The Celebration

Morning at leisure - guests explore the streets of Valletta, swim at a nearby beach, or gather for coffee at a harbour-side cafe. The afternoon ceremony takes place at a historic palazzo, a baroque chapel, or a clifftop terrace overlooking the sea. Cocktail hour unfolds in a walled garden as the light softens. Then the wedding feast: a long Maltese table under the stars, local wines poured generously, speeches that make everyone laugh and cry, and the kind of dancing that only happens when people have already spent a day falling in love with the same place.

03 Day Three

The Farewell

A morning boat trip to the Blue Lagoon - swimming, sun, cold drinks on the water, the collective exhale of a group that has celebrated hard and earned a day of doing very little. Or a guided walk through Valletta's quietest streets, discovering the city at a pace the tourists never find. Farewell brunch at a harbour-side restaurant where the conversation flows easily because by now everyone knows each other. Guests leave feeling like they have had a holiday, not just attended a wedding.

04 Optional

The Gozo Day

A fourth day for the couple and their closest friends. The twenty-minute ferry crossing to Malta's sister island. A farmhouse lunch in a stone courtyard heavy with bougainvillea. The Citadella at sunset, ancient walls glowing amber against a darkening sky. A quiet, intimate ending to an unforgettable weekend - the kind of day you did not plan to be the highlight, but somehow it is.

The Island

Why Malta Is Perfect for This

Most destinations can offer you one setting. A beach. A vineyard. A city. Malta offers an entire journey - urban grandeur in Valletta, open countryside dotted with limestone farmhouses, the Mediterranean itself, and a wild sister island - all within a space so compact that nothing takes more than 45 minutes to reach. Your welcome dinner can be in the capital, your ceremony in a rural palazzo, your farewell brunch by the sea, and no one ever sits on a coach for more than twenty minutes.

This compactness changes everything about a multi-day wedding. Guests never get lost. Transitions are effortless. The logistics that make wedding weekends stressful in larger destinations simply do not apply here. Every venue, every restaurant, every beach is close. The island wraps around your celebration like it was designed for it.

Add to that 300 days of sunshine a year, a culinary tradition shaped by centuries of Mediterranean influence, some of the oldest human structures on earth, and a warmth in the people that your guests will notice from the moment they arrive - and you begin to understand why Malta has become one of Europe's most sought-after wedding weekend destinations.

Our Role

What We Curate

A wedding weekend is not three separate events - it is a single arc with a rhythm, a rising energy, and moments of deliberate calm. We design the full shape of that arc: the pace of each day, the transitions between settings, the energy levels, the quiet moments and the peak ones. We think about how your guests will feel at 4pm on the day after the wedding, and we build the schedule around that.

Practically, this means we coordinate every vendor across every day of the weekend. We handle the transport logistics so your guests simply appear where they need to be. We secure the venues - the rooftop for drinks, the courtyard for dinner, the boat for the morning after - and we ensure each event flows into the next without gaps, confusion, or the feeling that someone is managing things on the fly.

We also curate the details that turn a good weekend into an unforgettable one: welcome bags in hotel rooms, a printed programme so guests know what to wear and when, local touches that make Malta feel personal rather than generic, and a timeline that gives everyone - especially the couple - enough breathing room to actually enjoy it.

By the time your guests arrive, every piece is in place. All you need to do is be present - and let the weekend carry you.
